Obviously the trick is that in order to pay for its Main Course extravagance and for its cooking research and experimentation, Totsuki Academy has a Reserve Course that lives off the brand name, to which people can gain access without entrance exams, just a basic fee, there's no institutionalised dropout, and they actually barely learn to cook boiled eggs and flip hamburgers
