Confirmed for 2 cours, I believe. But we'll probably get more sometime down the line.
As for the pacing, where the episode ended was the perfect place to end, anyway. But I'm just worried about how far the adaption will go since the end of this arc is a really good place to finish. What comes after will be a little lack lustre, I'd think. But seeing as the Eight Generals are already casted, well. . .
