Depends entirely of who I'm talking to and what language I'm using. I can swear all I want with friends or family, even at work, but when it comes to business partners I obviously don't.
Swearing on forums kinda loses value because it's just a written word without any kind of feelings. You won't make as much of an impact as in rl, so it's kinda pointless.
