Because I've seen people clamoring for this VN to be animated for at least 4 years prior to its announcement. Add another X months to that until airing, and you get a lot of build-up. I've also seen people claim this to be one of, if not
the, greatest VN ever. The level of hype was unimaginable. And the level of automatic hate once JC Staff was announced as the studio was insane.
