Not exactly. He is
listed as co-
writer of ep23, along with Machida Douko, the lead writer. This could just be crediting him with work he had done before he left, but a couple of things have made some of us think he might actually be back with KyoAni: there was a joke line a couple of eps back that repeated what was said in the announcement of his departure (about "not having reached the level" of something), and he was also
listed as co-writer of ep10.
My own method for getting mosquitoes is to hold out your arm, wait for them to settle and start poking around for a spot, then slap. I've heard of the flex your arm thing, but have never tried it.
