Ouch. You're right. I really forgot about that Saki's scene. They're talking in the languages as presented, after all.
Come to think of it, they did not really talk to anyone else in the episode. (Except that trousers guy, which they omitted the conversations out.) What confuses me is the Taxi at the end, but it's still possible that he's Chinese or Japanese...
