@Tigress - you can embed a video from youtube by clicking the "share button" there and copying out the link. Then you get rid of everything that comes before the alphanumerical gibberish (in your case above, get rid of everything before the "m6IRi_JTS_Y". Now put this between the tags

[/.youtube] (Without the dots before youtube, I just put them in so the tags show up correctly) Et voilą - embedded video
