Taking into account she entered the Library after her death, it makes sense she wasn't an ordinary girl from start. If she is the one who received the apple in the ChildBoiler (before she was born), it may have granted her some special powers. So far I see two : charm people and predict the future (hence she was able to write her own mirai nikki).
