I think Blackbeared and Luffy will end up fighting side by side in the "New World" I know Blackbeared is "evil" and practicly speaking killed Ace, but he and Luffy have a "special bond" It was always meant this way. If not for this, he would have probobly endet up killing shanks along the road. I think they will be teaming up against the "great nightmare" that Moria mentions exists in the New World. Heres some idea of what the "eternal Nightmare" could in reality mean;
