I don't know about Nanaka's mom as a perpetual cheater. She was at least forthright about it and did show remorse, so it doesn't seem like she's that type of sneaky cheater.
Also, what if Nanaka was conceived just before the marriage? And finally, it's not like she was dating a total stranger to begin with.
Or maybe I just have life experience with this stuff, and not all of it simply falls into the 'cheating' category to me.
