There was sort of a running gag in my times in military basic training. There are alway some security relevant rules to obey. And sometimes the instructor would say something like "And you better be sticking to these rules. I don't want to have an accident here. We are not in Israel." (I doubt the picture is somehow related to the Israeli army though)
The good thing in the picture is, that the weapon is unloaded and propably safety is on. However, the storage area for the magazine seems not very combat ready - yet very good in accenturing the combatants below the waist line assets.
Furthermore, she shouldered the weapon in a very comfortable yet unpractical way (cross shouldering a weapon translates into more time to get the weapon combat ready + the belt is too wide). Then again, that means no harm done, because it will better expose the combatants front assets.
