First off, I created this signature...
Now that's a .PNG file. When I saved the file as a .Gif...
This happened. I blame the damnable curse known as Gimp. So I ask, how can I remove the jagged/pixelated edges from curves around .Gif images? This problem has been bugging me for quite some time. I am well aware that there is a tutorial that remedies this in the first page, however that only applies to Photoshop, and I wasn't able to find options that corresponded to Gimp. If one can help me out and give me a few pointers, or direct me towards a tutorial that already solves this problem, I'd be very grateful.

23k PNG, one file only. Just in case you ever need to use it as only one file (like for example to use
[sigpic]your hover text[/sigpic] tags). Edges would look smoother if you were not using 1bit alpha channel exclusively.
