I know late reply but .. Who says you can't buy them? There are shops that ship internationally you know. Same goes for redflame too, if you have money, you can buy anything online. I buy alot magazines too, just for the freebies they come with, since the mags themselves are so cheap that it doesn't matter if I can't read japanese.
