I never said the customer is always right, I said the customer comes first, there is a difference.

A single rude employee can be far worse for a business then a single rude customer, especially since a single rude employee is likely to interact with multiple customers/other employees.

The Customer may not always be right, but they should still be priority #1 to any business that wants to succeed.

Once again, extreme cases are always the exception.
