Yeah video quality of the Lunar sub was not really good.
Also there's a sudden screen distortion at around 11:03. Plus there was a sync problem in the scene with Ranka, the one where she's saying "KIRA," the audio doesn't match with the video.
But as someone has said earlier in this thread, beggars can't be choosers.
