Hmm... it seems that this the new Higurashi Daybreak MEGA EDITION actually has a few changes, aside from 3 new characters and the odd interface change...
- Slightly enhanced graphics
- A new mode of sorts (and something about 330 MB), not quite sure what it is... http://higu.biz/dbp/system/newsys_01.html
- An improved pause menu that allows quitting the game in progress (a godsend!)
- Changes in story cutscenes- uses 2D art, rather than the 3D ones seen in the original PSP game.
- A far larger variety of weapons and costumes.
