Uh what do you mean? The letters were sent on October 3 so I don't see any problem with someone from Rokkenjima having sent them.
Actually the fact that they were sent from Niijima kinda removes any suspicion from Rosa Rudolf Eva and their families. Not like I ever had any doubt that "Beatrice" lives in Rokkenjima.
