Can someone make a sig out of the image above please, I'm really in love with it.

Lets see I want my name in really cute text to be in the center/middle of the heart and as far as a border goes, a pink frame border like the shade color of the hearts would be great. I want this to look beautiful, something I can be proud of so to whoever works on it please do your best.
