It's not a bad sign, per se. The subbing stalled at one point, I got the rest of the episodes, but I'm not sure if I finished them or not. Actually I'll probably just rewatch it anyway.
I don't remember it being great by any means, but I did find it mildly enjoyable in a magical-girls-battle kind of way. It actually kind of reminded me of a toned-down version of Rozen Maiden (weirdly enough) - though that might be more the costumes than anything else.
