The first vision, which shows Cloud jumping high as Sefirot falls from above. Given the reaction time, I can say almost for sure that sword is going through his gut.

That scene is taken directly from Advent Children. It's a flashback to their final battle in the OG, except Sephiroth was shirtless there but whatever.

And the visions they received in the final chapter are supposed to be from the OG, not what's going to happen to them in the Remake. Pretty sure the lake scene is from Advent Children as well, it's obscured so Cloud doesn't get spoiled too much and in fact can't change the outcome.

I'm not saying it's going to play out exactly the same because that's impossible, but I'm pretty sure Aerith's fate won't change much.
