He's far from that strong. He was weaker than Doflamingo, and Doflamingo himself is probably not nearly on Big Mom's level. Now anyone can take on anyone of course, but if you're asking if this arc will end with Luffy, by himself, defeating Big Mom, I'd say it's is very, very unlikely. At this point I'm not sure the arc will end with Big Mom being defeated at all.
