MBA is fan-made and has its own thread in the game part of AS. Changing it to Official Nanoha Game Thread might be a good idea if they actually do release a StrikerS version. I guess we'll leave it for now until something like that appears?

I completed Vita's story without using FDB. She was the first person I used and at the time, I didn't know how to use them.
