If that girl was a recent run-away and Spagetti has sent drone to retribe her, then he would know who did it.
It's more like that these lurking-drones have accidentally found it, and was subsequently destroyed by the girl, or other factor.
These points suggests, to me at least, that the girl is not of Spagetti origin.

You have to understand that a sizable portion of us do understand raw, so we're kinda handicapped
But yeah, I figure she's most likely belong to the unknown third party who had been screwed by the doctor 5 episodes ago when he attacked their train.
Though this time they decided to pack her as a protector... Not a very good one if her priority is herself over the goods.
