1. Don't use Videora
2. Make sure you have CCCP
3. Make sure that "Autoload VSFilter" is checked in CCCP settings page 2
4. Get XviD4PSP
5. Use iPhone / iPod Touch profile
6. Convert anything, including softsubbed MKVs, to hardsubbed MP4s for your iPhone.
