he already considered her dead... since it put him in rage... and if he loved her so much then why didnt he got her body and just burried it with honor then just leave her behind between all those murims he hates
it could be that shiho is dead already but what makes it look like she can live again is the remaining shions ki...then what will happen if she will lose it
still there are options that shiho will get riveved and it will be her who will repair shioons ki center since I guess he comes from a medic school... teh same guy that helps shioon is a medic specialist who has rare ingredients and might be able to help the kid as he helped shiho
time will tell but sooner or later that ki that is inside shiho will have to come back to shion where it came from :P
the same we can ask how will gromo react if he learns that the people he is helping are the ones that killed/shooted shiho ^^
