Rosario + Vampire anime? It has an anime?
The terribleness of that adaption is in a league of its own so let's not go there.
They had more than enough material to give a proper conclusion to season 1 and they chose to mess it up for lame service.
The only thing I'm worried for TOA is that there's no apparent stopping point for the anime. There's only one dilemma surrounding the whole show and it involves Yuuko's backstory and we have yet to reach a proper conclusion in the manga. So either they will give it an original ending or two, they will reduce it to some slice of life and not explore the issue itself, or worse do it half-assedly and end the series abruptly and open-ended. I'm not really concerned about how it starts, I'm more anxious about how it will finish.
