I am pretty sure i have already mentioned this somewhere before, but i am too lazy to find where i have posted it.

Chocolate reminded her of the happy times with her little brother who died. Every times they did something nice together, the 2 of them shared chocolate.
So eventually she came to hate chocolate seeing that it would have reminded her of this.
