Spoiler for spoilers episode 8:

As suspected the anime handled the issues in Satsuki's story first without actually going into her route. Instead i am pretty sure it is going for Chisato at this rate, eventhough the anime doesn't exactly follow Chisato's story that much in this episode.

I am not entirely sure who that women is in the preview for the next episode but i suspect it's a specific person who only appeared in Chisato's story, because she never had a portait or a recognizable cg in the game.
