That ebign said, why are you even trying to compare Ace and Luffy? They ahve two different stories and two different journeys. Ace has always been trying to escape the shadow of his real father, even going so far as to try and make his father's rival into the next Pirate King; whereas Luffy has never once cared about the past, only seeking to achieve his dreams. Consequently, the route they have taken has been vastly different, with wildly diverging present conclusions.
