Probably Symphonia Chronicles since it's an HD port of two already localized games, and I believe it's already been confirmed for "early 2014" while ToX2 is just "2014".
Though it
is the enhanced PS2 version of Symphonia 1 that was never released outside of Japan, so that may affect some things. Us foreigners only ever got the Gamecube version.
