It is some time that I read older volumes, but I don´t think so. I think Mai teased Sakuta that her first kiss happen that time he didn´t seen her. But also in the vol 1, when they are in the hotel, Mai told him that he had chance stole her first. Also, she teased him about her new role, and say that there is kissing scene, but after Sakuta reaction she said, that kissing scene is for the main role and she is not the main. But it is true that I forget already some details from older volumes. But tbh it don´t really mean much, cuz their relationship is much further and from all 9 vol I don´t remember part like that.
