Yes, that's it. The portion I translated is from the back cover, which is posted on Gokigenyou.com. I haven't got my hands on the actual book yet.

Yes the en-boutons and the newspaper club are having that game again. However, from the next line:

宝探しの紅いカードを見つけた生徒と、巳はデートすることに。

seems like someone else found the card, and Touko got.... desperate? I'm unsure how to translate that sentence, though.
