OP - Wacky, as expected, but to be honest, the song sucks and I would never listen to the full.
ED - Same thought as OP...
That was... amusing. Guess it's the setting, but Kyouka's annoying personality didn't really irritate me.
Also, main character-wise, Ouka is definitely not one of those teenage wimps or anything like that, but an actual sensible adult. Though he has much to learn, he's getting there. From one episode, I have a good impression of him. Pity, being the most sensible person, he gets the most torture.
Kyouka... I wouldn't say her speech is fast, since that just depends on the situation. When she argued with Ouka and talked really fast, so did he. Though admittingly, her tension level is max...
A trouble maker, but she managed to do just one mother-like thing (though it came with shoe-licking... -_-). Don't hate her, but she's terrifyingly self-centered...
The rest... They will have their moments to shine.
Ginka (Real name: Kizakura Ginichi) - The gay man... Pretty creepy there, but if there is one saving point, it's the fact he looks normal.
Teika - Uses some uncommon speech like "Wagahai". Not much there, but he seems sensible too, despite the fact he's a lion.
Kyouka (Real name: Kuro no Jusan Ban) - Danger...
Gekka - Yeah... Jellyfish.
Yuuka (Real name: Himemiya Reiko) - Another more sensible being; the "kind" character. Then... there's the scars on her back. Interested, I went to the official website and found out the reason (I think). Her family sucks. To put it bluntly.
There seems to be one more child that hasn't appeared yet (or on the website.)
Anyways, good impressions from the first episode and looking forward to future episodes. The art is a tad bit "strange" though. Only real minus point I can think off.
