It was a very good anime, with great animation quality, interesting story, and good characters (especially Rider group), and definitely was a great break from all of those boring typical moe anime out there, but unfortunately, there were problems, mainly:
1. Kiritsugu's flashback, but his voice actor did not fit his teenage/young adult appearance
2. Rider vs Gil was too one way. I recall people explaining why Gil showed respect and all with what he did during battle, but that's not something the viewers of only the anime would know.
3. That one episode where Assassin died, but that had pretty bad art quality.
But in general, it was nice to watch this.
