After that he got blinded which created an opening for the children to escape, and he could always go back to Caster for a new bracelet for easier capture anyway. Imagine rounding down like 10 children all by yourself while they are running away. Don't think Uryuu has the ability to do that. Yes he's a sick serial killer, but we don't know the extent of his physical abilities yet.

As a skilled serial killer, I'd expect him to do better than standing around and let loli Rin push stuff at him and grab his arm. I'd expect Caster to notice that his master broke his bracelet and show up. It makes zero sense to have loli Rin own him, and it does not happen in the light novel where she fittingly accomplished nothing.
