No one is safe, not even married men or women when Touma is around. What chance does anyone have of resisting? They'll just end up like Misaka, denial and later acceptance.

But all the Clones love him because of the network. One of them even tried dieting and read up about the ring for the left hand to try and get an upper hand over the others for his affections.
Despite supposedly being clones and similar it's nice that they're starting to become more individual. Even if it's just them sneaking in ways to get ahead in the harem.
