Unfortunately, there are not too many good yuri series at all. But if you're ok with school girls falling in love with each other (and rarely mutually), watch Sasameki Koto and Aoi Hana. If you like love triangles, watch Kashimashi. For something more serious, try finding Oniisama E. But it's a tragic story. You may also try series such as El Cazador de la Bruja or CANAAN. While they are not really yuri (but mostly action), they are a good fuel for your imagination.
I wish there was an anime with Haruka/Michiru-like main couple...
