If Silver Crow knew he had the Disaster, he would've have done something about it immediately. The incident with DT was very likely an unconscious activation, bought about by Haru's negative feelings.

Yes, but do note that here, Radio KNOWS what equipping the armour would do to him, so he keeps it in storage.

If Magnesium Drake recieved the armour as loot for her contribution, logically she would have put on the armour immediately in order to confer any bonuses it offered on herself as soon as possible, since there really isn't anything stopping her from doing so.
