My biggest question TBH is why she brought up the fact her daughter was now three with Shiroe, especially out of virtually nowhere from where that conversation was heading (and for talking with each other for the first time in a while, that's quite a weird first topic ._.)

3-4 years ago was when Kanami left Log Horizon and went to Europe, that is not a coincidence. Which raises the question of both why she left and why Inticus calls Shiroe "the traitor" immediately after (Kanami leaving is why she hates Shiroe so much). Put those two things together and we can guess what was being suggested (though maybe not where the writer wants to go).
