Okay, but here's the thing: it's not that Madara knows the seals to Edo Tensei, but he knows that if the dead use the Edo Tensei seals, they can break the contract. To know that, it means he must have seen another zombie do it (and how the hell would
they know about it since they weren't there at the time of the summoning, obviously?), not to mention that the chances of the whole thing happening in front of him are slim. It's just a REALLY long shot.
