On the topic of blood, this is what bothered me the most. It never went with the color scheme I was used to seeing in SD. When I first saw episode 12 (blackblood vers), I wasn't to mad about black blood, as it followed that scheme of beige, blacks, navy blues, and browns. Perhaps if the blood was a darker red, it would have looked more realistic, and more in scheme. Bright red blood just doesn't look real at all.
