I wonder how many of those 49 people voted for Makoto because they think he's a good villain and love to hate him, and how many voted for him because they think he's a genuinely likable and interesting character.
And it's kind of funny that someone named Sekai voted for Makoto. She's a loyal girlfriend, at least.
