I don't get Japanese but this is what I get:
*A lot guys with cool designs are fighting the police
*Saito faces the apparent leader
*It then moves back to Tokyo with Asahi and Ashitaro learning how to read apparently
*Kenshin appears to remember Megumi's advice about how he should stop fighting due to the strains of the Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu
*I don't know what Yahiko says but it amazes both Kaoru and even Kenshin
