Wow, there's some pretty ecchi stuff in some of these suggestions!

Some I'd consider - Kamichu, Petopeto-san, Pita Ten, Gakuen Alice, anything Ghibli (especially...nah, never mind, anything), Yoshinaga no Gargoyle.
