I think it's obvious Marika is Japanese. Before LeaD36 pointed that Marika is a polish name I haven't noticed it, because I was sure it's just a generic Christian name, just another version of Maria. Besides this name is no longer popular, I know only one Marika and she is over 60 years old.
Considering author used "Zawsze in love" instead of "Forever in love" it's possible that Marika name is not just a pure coincidence. If thats true Marika might be of mixed blood and have polish grandparent. And so she might know some polish words. Of course it's just a pure speculation.
I think it's obvious Chitoge is the final girl, but it doesn't mean she is the girl in the pedant.
