I can't give an exact amount, but you'd need a lot since most places in London aren't cheap which goes for public transport although if you get an oyster card (a 5 deposit is required alongside any money you put on it when you get it) you can cut the costs almost in half (if you come in through Heathrow airport, then you can get one at the underground station).

Tickets for the London eye are a bit simpler to price (well I have looked at the official site) as a standard ticket costs just under 19 for a standard ticket and a fast track ticket (if you want to bypass a majority of the queue) costs just under 29 if you pay on the day (there's a 10% discount if you book a ticket at least a day before online).
