The actual risk of getting a tumor from "waves" off a phone is kinda... well, it's a little far fetched. I mean, I sleep next with my head literally inches away from my computer (which is pulling about 650w constantly), my server (another 250w), a step-down transformer, a UPS, and an industrial grade network switch. I've done that for years, and it doesn't do a thing to me.
Now, what do I usually have under the pillow... snacks, knives, a watch, nunchakus, and spare networking parts (and whatever cables happen to spill over on to my bed). Yeah, I do tend to be a little paranoid.
