Probably. Like I already said, Keima clearly doesn't have interest in Elsee. Even Elsee said this chapter that Keima clearly has no interest in the real world.
I did forget something though - Keima trying to decide how to react to Elsee was hilarious. Guess he never played a game where the girl was on a friend route
