Specifically, the main character's weapon bears a strong visual resemblance to the PDW configuration (XM8C). Note unusual stock design which seems to have the additional function of keeping two magazines close at hand (this is clear from the image on his
profile page). The magazines appear to be unusually small - this could be explained by their fitting further into the receiver than on the actual XM8.
