Kakifly's artstyle and designs don't even look that similar to what Horiguchi put out for K-On!'s anime.
As for me, I really dig Horiguchi's designs and animation style, so I'm totally okay with a show in that vein. Tamako Market is like a much more polished version of K-On! in those terms, so all the better.
